Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall crafted this expression from 100% malted barley, triple pot distilling it before aging it for twelve years in used whiskey barrels. This patient process yields a richly developed whiskey with a complex flavor profile of sweet nutty malt, soft caramel, warm spice, and subtle citrus.
