The first was 100 percent malt aged in used barrels, then finished in a Ruby Port Barrel. The other was a blend of five different styles of malt grains aged in new oak barrels.

Aroma: Raspberry preserves, nutty malt, with a hint of pumpkin spice and orange peel
Flavor: Candied nutty malt, raw oak and citrus oils
Finish: A long lingering finish of dark fruit, raspberry, raisins, fig, and a hint of allspice.
